One milkshake a day… My vitamins palette.

Every summer comes with its seasonal fruits… and my preferred way of enjoying them is by making milkshakes or smoothies.
A perfect occasion to create a palette of 8 milkshakes, for every day of the week! Raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, cherries or exotic fruits, there is a milkshake for everyone. And last but no least, a chocolate and mint one, stolen from Madame Gâteau. (Click and visit her, it’s an order!)

It is so simple to make a yummy milkshake! Everything you need is a blender, and it’s done in 5 min.
Personally, I’m not a vanilla fan, so I prefer to replace it by a mix of milk and ice cubes. Then to thicken the drink, and soften the acidity of certain fruits, I like to add a half or entire banana. You’ll also better enjoy the fruits taste. I don’t add any sugar either, but it’s up to you! I agree, my milkshakes looks like smoothies, but who cares!
And of course, the milk can be replaced by soy milk, coconut milk or yogurt, whatever.
Same for the topping! Chantilly cream, chocolate or raspberries, the most important is to enjoy it!

Raspberries milkshake:

  • 1 raspberries basket
  • 1 banana
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Strawberries milkshake:

  • 10 strawberries
  • 1/2 banana
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Cherries milkshake:

  • 1 blueberries basket
  • 1 banana
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Kiwi fruits milkshake:

  • 13 kiwis
  • 1 banana
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
  • 5 ice cubes

  • 13 kiwis

  • 5 ice cubes

Mangoes and pineapples milkshake:

  • 1/2 small pineapple
  • 1 juicy mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
  • 5 ice cubes

Peaches and apricots milkshake:

  • 5 apricots
  • 1 juicy peach
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
  • 1/2 banana
  • 5 ice cubes

Mint and chocolate milkshake:

  • 2 balls of mint ice-cream
  • 2 balls of chocolate ice-cream
  • Some mint leafs
  • 25cl/1.05cup of milk
